About US. Since 1998 our founder, Kenneth Mainor has been involved in providing IT solutions to many local companies and government entities. KCMJ IT Consulting is now providing quality computing and networking services to our growing customer base. We are a full-service Information Technology company that provides computer and networking services. Our service offerings include Server Planning and Deployment, Server Support Plans, Cloud Computing, IT Outsourcing and Critical Care Packages. KCMJ IT Consulting's associates are comprised of certified Engineers, technical sales representatives and service-oriented administrators. Some of them are Microsoft Certified Engineers (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP), Cisco Certified Network Administrators (CCNA)and A+ Certified Technicians. All Engineers remain current in their various certifications by attending training courses and completing the appropriate certification exams. KCMJ has developed a unique business approach that separates us from our competitors. As your business grows, so do your networking, communications and data security requirements. Our proactive program of personal and remote communication helps to educate our customers with the most current technological advances and offerings. Also, before we leave your facility, we record a Technical Log on your server and we perform an Exit Consultation to ensure that our team and your team fully understand the service we provided.
